Financial services firm Hargreaves Lansdown has been hit with technical issues across its website and app.
The glitch is impacting clients' ability to transact on their accounts, as well as other services. "All clients' assets and data are secure and there is no evidence of any cyber incident data breach or system compromise," Hargreaves Lansdown said in a statement on its website.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience we know this will cause and are working to restore our service as soon as possible," it added.

Majority of users struggling to use app
The majority of people impacted by the technical issues are having problems with the Hargreaves Lansdown app.
According to Downdetector, 61% of people are having trouble with the app while 32% are struggling to login and 7% are experiencing issues with the firm's website.

User unable to login for '10 hours'
A user says they have been unable to login to their account for the last ten hours.
Contacting Hargreaves Lansdown on X, the user said: "Not great for a professional company like yours to be down for so long, especially in volatile times like these. Loss of confidence in the platform."

Clients who require support have been asked to contact the Hargreaves Lansdown Helpdesk.
"Our Helpdesk is available to take your call but are unfortunately also unable to transact on your behalf," a statement on the website reads. "For urgent enquiries or if you need extra support, please contact us on 0117 900 9000".
