Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayUniversity of Alberta researchers have made a jaw-dropping tyrannosaur discovery. They have found what could be the first evidence that the much smaller dromaeosaurids – more commonly known as raptors – dined on the much larger apex predator. The specimen in this case was discovered in 2022, in Alberta's badlands north of Drumheller. The Royal Tyrrel Museum pieced it back together and found the tooth marks, before forwarding it to the University of Alberta for further analysis. Paleontology masters student Joshua Doyon says, "I think every kid dreams, at least at some point, to be able to explore and learn more about tyrannosaurs and these crazy meat eating dinosaurs that used to roam these lands." Nicole Stillger reports.
