We finally got a glimpse of the upcoming Wonder Man series, but Marvel has numerous other shows in development. Though Wonder Man is on the horizon, Marvel didn’t announce any concrete release dates at the New York Comic Con. Instead, they offered some general release windows and shared a few enticing hints about what lies ahead.

The second season of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is expected in the fall of 2026. While many details are still under wraps, Brad Winderbaum, head of Marvel Television and Marvel Animation, mentioned a storyline involving a “black, oozy substance.” We hope this plot line is executed better than in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 3.

The series X-Men ‘97 is also making a return with its second season slated for a summer 2026 debut. Writers Eric and Julia Lewald from X-Men: The Animated Series, along with Larry Houston, the director of much of the original series, are coming on board as executive producers.

Prior to these, another season of Daredevil: Born Again is set for release in March, with a third season already in the pipeline. The first season had its ups and downs, but the latter episodes were quite compelling. We’re eager to see how the series progresses, especially with Krysten Ritter reprising her role as Jessica Jones.

Finally, Winderbaum confirmed that VisionQuest will conclude the narrative initiated by WandaVision sometime in 2026, though they did not provide a more specific release timeframe.
