Master Capital Services said the Indian dairy market is expected to grow at a 10.3 per cent CAGR from FY26-31, driven by faster growth in value-added dairy products. The brokerage noted that value-added dairy products accounted for 52 per cent of the total dairy market in FY26 and are projected to grow at a 12.4 per cent CAGR through FY31.
Master Capital Services said Milky Mist Dairy Food is well positioned to benefit from this growth, with plans to strengthen its presence in southern India and expand through strategic acquisitions. The brokerage said investors may consider the IPO as a potential long-term investment opportunity.

Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO Day 1 Live updates: Brokerage recommendation | SBI Securities recommends subscribe
SBI Securities has recommended investors ‘subscribe’ to the Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO, citing the company’s focus on value-added dairy products (VADP), higher margins and expected earnings growth.
The brokerage said Milky Mist delivered a CAGR of 31.3 per cent in revenue, 40.5 per cent in EBITDA and 155.6 per cent in PAT during FY24-FY26. Its FY26 EBITDA margin stood at 13.7 per cent, up 70 basis points y-o-y and 180 basis points from FY24.
SBI Securities noted that the IPO is valued at a post-issue FY26 PE multiple of 84.9x at the upper price band. The company plans to repay ₹497 crore of debt from the IPO proceeds, which the brokerage expects to reduce interest costs going forward.
According to SBI Securities, debt repayment along with higher capacity utilisation is expected to support high double-digit earnings growth ahead.
