Madrasa Tutor Arrested For Beating Up Minor Student

Earlier in February last year, a 19-year-old tutor of a madrasa in Bengaluru was arrested for allegedly assaulting an 11-year-old student as punishment for creating a nuisance in the class.

The alleged assault took place on February 16 in a madrasa in Hegde Nagar. The madrasa houses around 100 girl students and teach them Arabic. The accused was identified as the son of the couple running the madrasa.
