Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayPremiering last month, Off Campus has quickly become Prime Video’s newest breakout hit, pulling in more than 36 million viewers in less than 12 days and reaching the number one spot on Prime Video worldwide. Adapted from Elle Kennedy’s bestselling Briar U universe, the series brings the beloved hockey romance books to life for a whole new audience while also satisfying longtime readers, quickly becoming BookTok’s latest obsession.
Season one followed the storyline of The Deal, centering on singer Hannah Wells, played by Ella Bright, and hockey captain Garrett Graham, portrayed by Belmont Cameli. Their emotional yet undeniably sexy romance made them instant fan favourites, reflecting the massive popularity the couple already held among readers of the original novels.
Now, Prime Video has officially confirmed (via Variety) what many viewers were hoping for: Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn will lead season two as Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis.

While the announcement may surprise fans expecting a strictly chronological adaptation, it aligns with the ensemble structure of the series and the overwhelmingly positive response to the pair online. Their flirtation, tension and undeniable chemistry turned them into one of the show’s breakout couples almost overnight.
To celebrate the announcement, Prime Video released a brand-new teaser video alongside an exclusive photoshoot featuring Bright and Cameli, the leads of the first season, and Abdalla and Kalyn, who will take over as the next leading couple.
In Elle Kennedy’s books, the second installment, The Mistake, focuses on John Logan and Grace Ivers. Prime Video even fueled those theories before the premiere, when Antonio Cipriano revealed that India Fowler had joined the cast as Grace, Logan’s love interest.
Throughout the first season, viewers saw increasing focus on the chemistry between Dean Di Laurentis and Allie Hayes, a relationship that, in the original books, does not fully develop until the third novel, The Score. Their scenes quickly became some of the most talked-about moments online, with fans praising the dynamic between Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn.
Off Campus is now streaming on Prime Video.
