  ULTRATECH CEMENT

  * Q2 Revenue: ₹23,300 crore vs ₹19,600 crore YoY; estimates ₹22,500 crore.

  * EBITDA: ₹3,720 crore vs ₹3,095 crore YoY; estimates ₹3,610 crore.

  * EBITDA Margin: 16% vs 15.79% YoY; estimates 16.05%.

  * Net Profit: ₹1,490 crore vs ₹1,230 crore YoY; estimates ₹1,553 crore.

  * Cement volume growth: 14%, slightly below expectations of 15%.

  * Debt increased to ₹23,500 crore from ₹21,300 crore QoQ.

  * K. K. Maheshwari will resign as Non-Executive Vice Chairman effective January 1, 2027. K. C. Jhanwar will take over from that date.

  View: Revenue and EBITDA exceeded expectations, but net profit missed estimates and volume growth was slightly below expectations. The increase in debt is worth monitoring alongside the company’s expansion plans and cash flows. Overall, operating performance was healthy, but the results were mixed against expectations.
