Chennai-based Sameera Group has come out with an initiative called ‘10 Projects in 10 Days across 10 Districts', as part of which the company will launch the 10 residential projects across Tamil Nadu between August 23 and September 1, 2026, comprising a mix of plotted developments and villas. The company said that this is a ₹300-crore initiative.

“We are into selling plots. And we are township developers. We are funded internally,” M. Sandeep Kumar, Managing Director, Sameera Lands and Constructions, told The Hindu. He further said: “These launches have been planned to address the growing demand for organised residential developments across emerging markets in Tamil Nadu. The projects will offer a mix of plotted developments and villas, supported by gated environments, parks, and other community infrastructure.

The new projects will come up across Tiruchi, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai, and Chengalpattu. Each project is planned across approximately 10 acres, with around 200 units and plot sizes beginning from approximately 800 sq. ft.
