France and Saudi Arabia have signed 15 agreements aimed at strengthening cooperation across tourism, defence and technology. Saudi Arabia is set to invest $10bn in three theme parks in northeast Paris, expected to create around 22,000 jobs. The parks will be based on the Japanese manga series Dragon Ball. Other agreements include cooperation on defence, cybersecurity, AI training and military training.
