The This Morning star confirmed the news on social media.

Clodagh McKenna has announced that filming for her upcoming series has come to an end. The ITV Irish chef began shooting her solo cookery show last month and has been sharing updates with her followers online.

The new series, Clodagh: Cooking At Home, will show the star showing viewers how to create a range of straightforward and tasty recipes from her picturesque farmhouse at Broadspear.

With the show set to air in October, she shared a sneak peek on Instagram this week, which featured close-up clips of her cooking, some of her dishes and gorgeous shots of her home.

She captioned the clip: "That's a wrap on filming my new TV series Clodagh: Cooking at Home!!

What a truly special few weeks it has been filming my new TV series, a dream I have had for so many years."

The ITV star went on to admit it felt 'surreal' to have made the show with Pacific Productions before thanking the crew that helped bring the series to life.

Clodagh took a moment to praise her husband Harry for starring on the show and supporting her throughout.

She went on to continue: "To my dear friends at @OceaniaCruises for helping make it all possible, I couldn't ask for better partners in this magical project. And, of course, to ITV for their continued support throughout the years, and for your unwavering belief in me.

"Lastly (but by no means least) to the brilliant team I have here at Broadspear – Ana, Connor, Leo and Lizzie. You guys have helped us create our dream farm. I am so proud of you all and the talents and skills (and positive energy!) you bring every day to Broadspear."

The This Morning star was quickly inundated with support over the announcement, with many sharing their congratulations on the series being wrapped.

One person said: "Well done - it will be amazing. You bring so much energy, joy and enthusiasm to it that it will be a huge success. Bravo."
