TSF Investments Ltd (formerly Sundaram Finance Holdings Ltd) said that its board of directors on Monday approved the sale of entire stake of 7,55,682 equity shares of ₹5 each, representing 3.74 per cent stake, held by the company in the share capital of TVS Holdings Ltd (formerly Sundaram Clayton Ltd).

The approval is for selling the stake to existing members of the Promoter and Promoter Group of TVS Holdings Ltd, through a block deal window mechanism of the stock exchanges or any other mechanism that may be permitted under the regulatory framework, at the applicable price on the date of the execution of the transaction, TSF Investments said in an exchange filing.

“This is not a related party transaction. The transaction is likely to be completed on or before November 2. We hereby confirm that Sundaram Finance Ltd, promoter of TSF Investments Ltd (TSFIL) and members of the promoter group of TSFIL are not interested in the transaction,” the company added.
