Cameron Sloan has urged woman not to accept pain and disruption

A woman was left struggling to exercise when her breasts grew five cup sizes after she hit 40. Cameron Sloan was a 34D after undergoing a breast enhancement in 2018. But she noticed her bust start to increase in 2021 until she jumped five cup sizes.

Cameron suffered from excruciating back pain, struggled exercising and attracted unwanted attention from men. She said it also affected her personal life as she struggled to have sex.

Cameron has now undergone surgery and is down to a C-cup. She said: "I had a boob job in 2018 and was a 34D, the tear-drop shape was very proportional to my frame. They were perfect and then they just started to grow at around 40, I think it was a hormone issue, they started to grow and there was no stopping them.

"I have a small frame and I had a lot of back issues. Having these big breasts was always the focus when men when talking to me, they would look at my breasts. I always felt self conscious walking around with them in my personal life.

"It was just very uncomfortable and clothes didn't fit properly. I wear a size small but lots of the clothes accommodating a size small don't fit big G-cup breasts. I did a fitness retreat in Greece and lots of the ladies there were very fit with little breasts, they had no problem running.

"I had to hold my boobs while I was running so I was limited to how fast I could go. Exercises like jumping jacks were very difficult for me. It was a little uncomfortable in certain positions when having sex too thanks to my heavy breasts."

Cameron had surgery in December 2025. Cameron, who works at Sheri's Ranch in Pahrump, Nevada, US, said: "The pain in my lower back and the way I felt in clothes made me realise it was time to have the surgery. Carrying around these 'boulders' was hard. Sometimes they'd cause a sharp pain, so I did a lot of stretching and yoga to help.

"I was very excited for the procedure. It was a big shock when the bandages came off and they were itty bitty, but I'm very happy now. I have an athletic figure so having smaller breasts emphasises my physique.

"I feel so much more comfortable and confident, I can wear clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. I feel sexier in lingerie now too."

Now, Cameron is urging anyone struggling with breast-related back pain to see if they can get medical help. Cameron said: "Do what makes you feel sexy. As women in our forties, bodies do change in ways we least expect it.

"If it's something you are struggling with and affects your physical well being you should fix it. Lots of women enhance their breasts to feel better, the same thing goes in the other direction with women who choose to reduce."
