Ruling Zoram People's Movement (ZPM) on Monday (April 27, 2026) secured a landslide victory in the Aizawl Municipal Corporation (AMC) polls, bagging 17 seats in the 19-member civic body, officials said.

Counting for the AMC polls was held in the Aizawl deputy commissioner's office peacefully. The results were declared by the Mizoram State Election Commission.
