Sony Pictures Releasing have dropped the official UK Teaser Poster and Trailer for psychological thriller Verity.

The film stars Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, Josh Hartnett, Brady Wagner, Asel Swango and Daniel Echevarria. Michael Showalter (The Eyes Of Tammy Faye) directs this one which is based on Colleen Hoover’s 2018 novel (It Ends With Us, Reminders Of Him).

Verity tells the story of renowned author Verity Crawford (Hathaway) and her  struggling ghost writer Lowen (Johnson). who finds it hard to separate fiction and reality thanks finding Verity’s distrubing autobiographical notes.

The Poster itself doesn’t reveal anything , apart from one important piece of information, the release date!

Synopsis | Adapted from Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel, this seductive, psychological thriller follows renowned author Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway) and Lowen Ashleigh (Dakota Johnson), a struggling writer who relocates to the remote Crawford estate to ghostwrite for Verity. After Lowen uncovers what appears to be Verity’s chilling autobiographical notes, she wrestles with the disturbing and twisted confessions about Verity’s husband Jeremy (Josh Hartnett), and finds it hard to separate fiction from reality, manipulation from attraction, and opportunity from obsession.
