This Morning beauty expert Nadine Baggott has revealed her go-to deodorant of all time, and although it used to be exclusively available in America, it’s finally launched in the UK

If there’s one staple that almost every single person has in their everyday beauty routine it’s deodorant. Up there with brushing your teeth and washing your face, it’s one of the few universal beauty products that we all use to start our day.

If you’ve found yours hasn’t quite been cutting it with the high summer temperatures, This Morning’s beauty expert Nadine Baggott has shared her absolute favourite that she buys “on repeat” every time it runs out. She swears by the Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant and Deodorant which was originally a purchase you could only make in America.

But, as Nadine shared in her Instagram post, the deodorant is now available in the UK. Nadine dubbed it: “The US pharmacy antiperspirant that you can now get off Amazon”, and it’s available for just £13.75.

There are several different iterations of the Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant but Nadine’s specific pick is the Clinical 72 hour invisible solid deodorant, which is available in scent Completely Clean. However the brand itself is Nadine’s biggest recommendation, so you can pick whichever style and scent you want and know you’re in good hands.

The Secret deodorant fights three different types of perspiration, tackling sweat caused by stress, heat and activity to make sure you stay dry in every circumstance. This one also contains pro-hyaluronic acid which helps strengthen your skin’s barrier, and has a clear gel formula which applies and dries clear so you don’t have to worry about getting those dreaded white marks on your clothes.

If you don’t love a roll on but still want to avoid the powdery or aerosol formula that a spray usually provides, then AKT’s deodorant balms has a rub-on moisturising formula which is clear and leaves no mess. You can pick up a Discovery Set for £25 (down from £30) of all the different scents, and you can use them on your underarms, but you can also use it on your feet, forehead, backs of your knees or anywhere else you get sweaty.

Another agreed: “Best of the best. I have a real result. I don't have any rashes.”

Whilst a third said it “Keeps you dry” and added: “Found this works after being applied at night and then I use a normal deodorant for the day after having a shower. I use a couple times per week and it’s great.”

However others found the gel formula less effective than the solid, writing: “The gel is nowhere near as nice smelling or long lasting as the solid formula. The solid one is brilliant.”
