CavinKare, in association with the Madras Management Association (MMA) has opened up nominations for the 15th CavinKare–MMA ChinniKrishnan Innovation & Great Ideas Awards 2026.

This year’s edition sees the reintroduction of the ‘Great Ideas’ category, revived with an expanded scope to include student innovators. The category will recognise 10 outstanding ideas.

The Innovation Category is open to startups and MSMEs with proven, market-ready products or services that demonstrate uniqueness, scalability, sustainability, and tangible benefits to people. Three winners in this category will receive a cash prize of ₹1,00,000, a citation and a trophy each. The Great Ideas Category is Open to individuals and institutions including entrepreneurs, researchers, academicians, and students this category recognises original ideas with strong problem - solution fit, relevance, and future potential, irrespective of their stage of commercialization. 10 winners in this category will receive a cash prize of ₹10,000 each.
