Launched today, the Tailfin Journey Rack is the brand’s latest axle-mounted system, featuring a modular design that fits almost any bike. In typical Tailfin fashion, they produced a series of informative and creative videos to help customers get a clear idea of what’s included and how to use it. Watch all three videos below…

Tailfin has launched yet another axle-mounted rack system, adding massive load capacity to almost any bike. Logan, Cass, and Neil all spent serious time with the Journey rack and have come away with some positive impressions. In typical Tailfin fashion, they published a series of videos to accompany the new rack’s release, providing laughs and crucial information on how to use and assemble the system.

Launch Video

The first is a short, funny, creative launch video featuring ultra-cyclist Quinda Verheul. Attacking the stuffy sense of antiquity many associate with British culture, it’s short, well-made, and does a good job of introducing the rack in a striking fashion.

The Complete Guide

Their complete guide is a longer, more technical video that runs through the form and function of the Journey Rack system. With an in-depth look at all the new features, such as the reworked axle attachment system, the rack’s ability to fold flat when not in use, and its flexible, pivoting design, this overview provides a clear and complete picture of what’s on offer with their new Journey Rack.

How to Fit the Journey Rack

Lastly, their longest video is the fit guide. With all the other details covered in the overview, Tailfin dedicated an entire video to explaining exactly how the system mounts to your bike. They also dive into different ways to set it up depending on the desired use and even explain why some users might, for example, angle their rear rack rather than set it up with a flat, horizontal top platform. They cover nearly every possible question one might have across both the overview and fit guide videos and set the industry standard for product communication.
