PROTECT YOURSELF with Orgo-Life® QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayRedesigned for sloppy winter adventures, the Fizik Nanuq 2 GTX shoes offer insulation, a waterproof membrane, and an integrated ankle gaiter. Plus, they come in flat and clipless versions. Check them out here…
The newly updated Fizik Nanuq 2 GTX is an insulated riding shoe built for MTB, gravel, and bikepacking when temperatures drop and conditions turn. Available in clipless and flat versions, the Nanuq 2 GTX boasts a warm fleece lining, a roomy toe box, and a GORE-TEX Cirrus XT waterproof-breathable membrane to keep your feet dry.
Nanuq 2 GTX has been updated with a new last and a revised fit. It’s now wider in the metatarsal area and generally roomier all over to boost comfort on long, cold rides. The new GORE-TEX Cirrus XT is PFAS-free with a reduced carbon footprint, and the durable ripstop woven upper is said to resist abrasion and tearing. Thermo-laminated TPU reinforcements on the toe-cap, heel, and side areas add protection, and a BOA-controlled closure offers quick, on-the-fly micro-adjustments.
The new Nanuq has a mid/high-cut construction, with added protection from a zippered ankle cuff to keep the elements out. The outsole also features a new pedal-to-shoe interface and sticky Vibram Megagrip rubber. The clipless version has a nylon composite layer in the outsole for added stiffness (4 out of 10), while the flat version is all rubber (2 out of 10). They weigh ~520 grams and ~458 grams, respectively. Both models cost $299 USD.
