All the latest transfer news with updates on Morgan Rogers' impending move to Chelsea plus Arsenal and Manchester United deals
Morgan Rogers is set to join Chelsea(Image: Catherine Ivill - AMA/Getty Images)Hello and welcome to the Mirror Football's transfer live blog on Sunday, July 19.
The biggest story of the summer window so far dropped yesterday with Chelsea set to sign Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers in a £117million deal. He played for England that same day and assuming all went well, he is set to undergo a medical on Monday.
While the Blues are on the verge of signing a winger, Manchester United face losing their top target Crysencio Summerville. for that position to AS Roma. The Serie A side have submitted a bid to West Ham but that was turned down as they hold out for £50million.
Yan Diomande is another wide player that could be on the move. Paris Saint-Germain is his priority over Liverpool but as the former focus on other deals, Arsenal look to have joined the race for his signature after losing out on Rogers.
With all of that being said, don't go anywhere as we bring you the latest transfer news, rumours and updates!

Man Utd and Chelsea transfer timeline
AS Roma's Manu Kone is one of the 11 players from that France vs England clash facing an uncertain future but it may become clearer very soon.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, offers from Chelsea and Manchester United for the France international could arrive in the coming days.
The latter have been linked for a number of weeks while Chelsea, fresh off agreeing to sign Morgan Rogers, discussed him during talks over Alejandro Garnacho.
The report claims that Roma are hoping to raise between €55million (£46.8m) and €60m (£51m) from selling.

The 11 potential transfers that can now advance
In addition to Morgan Rogers now being fully focused on his impending move to Chelsea, 10 other World Cup stars have their futures to be resolved.
From the England camp, Djed Spence could leave Tottenham and has been linked to Everton while Arsenal are interested in Ezri Konsa. A decision also needs to be made on the future of Marcus Rashford.
Trevoh Chalobah is also expected to depart Chelsea but it remains to be seen if he will join Inter Milan or Como.
As for France, Lucas Digne and Maghnes Akliouche could both see moves to Paris Saint-Germain advance while the future of Bradley Barcola in the French capital is up for debate.
Maxence Lacroix could be Chelsea's Chalobah replacement while Manu Kone is wanted by Manchester United and Aston Villa.
Bayern Munich's Michael Olise also seemingly needs to decide if he wants to join Real Madrid.

Garnacho also discussed
Alejandro Garnacho could become the third Manchester United outcast to play for Aston Villa.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano is claiming that the now-Chelsea star was another player spoken about during meetings over Morgan Rogers. He has stated that Villa's interest has been raised over the possibility of signing Garnacho.
A move to AS Roma currently looks more likely but their interest in Crysencio Summerville has increased which could impact any deal and also Villa.

Another Villa-Chelsea transfer?
Aston Villa were one team linked to Bowen but they are now already looking elsewhere for attacking reinforcements and there could be more negotiations with Chelsea...
That is because, according to BBC Sport, they made an enquiry for Nicolas Jackson during the Rogers talks with Unai Emery having worked with the Senegal international at Villarreal.
Xabi Alonso plans to look at Jackson during pre-season but it could make sense for him to be the striker moved on given the interest from another Premier League club.

£39m bid rejected for Man Utd target
AS Roma look to have stepped up their pursuit of Manchester United target Crysencio Summerville.
The Serie A side emerged as an interested party earlier this month alongside United and Aston Villa and the latest update suggests they are leading that race.
According to The Athletic, a €46million (£39.12m) offer was lodged on Saturday. It has since been claimed that was turned down with West Ham holding out for £50m to sell,
Villa could certainly now formalise their interest while United seemingly have a decision on Marcus Rashford to make first.

Yan Diomande to Arsenal?
Having lost out on Morgan Rogers to Chelsea, Arsenal links to Bradley Barcola were expected to ramp up but it is actually a Paris Saint-Germain target being eyed by Mikel Arteta and Andrea Berta.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Gunners have made checks with his agents in the last few days to see if there was a chance of signing him.
The Ivory Coast winger is widely expected to join PSG from RB Leipzig after turning down the chance to join Liverpool despite their willingness to pay triple-figures.

Rogers medical
Morgan Rogers is set to become Chelsea’s record signing and the third player the Blues have spent over £100million on.
New manager Xabi Alonso has reportedly been key to the deal and Chelsea are certainly not hanging about when it comes to finalising his switch from Aston Villa as a medical has been scheduled for Monday, as per The Athletic.
Rogers played the full 90 minutes of England’s mental 6-4 Bronze match win over France. Alonso and Co. will be hoping he got through the clash unscathed
