One of the best things about new drivers coming to market every year is that some golfers need them and when they do, they’re happy to turn in their old one.

That’s the perfect time to pick up something used.

A used driver isn’t any different from a new one when it comes to performance. You still have to find something that works for your swing. So that’s what we did here. We took the drivers that performed well in our 2026 testing and looked back at 2024 and 2025 to find which older models shared the same characteristics. Which one was just as forgiving? Which one produced similar distance or accuracy for the swing speed you’re working with?

If we found a match, we put it in this tool.

Take a look and see what used options are out there. You might find the equipment you need for a little less than you expected to pay.
