NSE reported revenue of INR 16,601.3 cr in FY26 compared to INR 17,140.7 cr in FY25, reflecting a decline of 3.1%. EBITDA declined 11.1% YoY to INR 11,264.6 cr, with EBITDA margin moderating to 67.9% from 73.9% in FY25. Net profit declined 12.2% YoY to INR 10,071.3 cr, resulting in a PAT margin of 60.7%. Despite the moderation in earnings, NSE maintained strong profitability metrics with FY26 ROE of 32.1% and ROCE of 24.2%. The IPO will support growth initiatives, leveraging strong capabilities while managing government dependency and execution risks.
